The Terms & Conditions provided pertain to international shipments from www.enamourstore.com to countries outside of India and include
information about Import Fees, Designated Carriers, Import Fees Deposit, and responsibilities of the recipient.
Importer Responsibility: Recipients of the shipment are considered the importer of record in the destination country and are responsible for all
Import Fees, which may include taxes, customs duties, and other fees levied by the destination country.
Designated Carrier as Agent: United Graphix Export or Merchant (as applicable) may designate a carrier ("Designated Carrier") to act as the
recipient's agent with customs and tax authorities in the destination country. This includes clearing merchandise, processing, and remitting actual
Import Fees for the items.
Import Fees Deposit: An estimate of Import Fees, termed as "Import Fees Deposit," is calculated for each item subject to Import Fees. By placing an
order, the recipient agrees to allow United Graphix Export and/or Merchant to collect this deposit for applicable items.
Use of Import Fees Deposit: The Import Fees Deposit is used to reimburse Designated Carriers for import fees paid on behalf of the recipient to the
destination country's authorities.
Disclosure of Actual Import Fees: Designated Carriers may disclose to United Graphix Export or Merchant the Actual Import Fees levied on
purchased items. If the Import Fees Deposit exceeds the Actual Import Fees, United Graphix Export or Merchant will refund the difference to the
recipient.
Gifts or Purchases for Another Recipient: If the purchase is made on behalf of another recipient, the authorizations regarding Import Fees and
Designated Carriers apply to the designated recipient in the order.
Contact Information: Recipients can obtain details about Actual Import Fees, documentation, or receipts related to customs clearance by
contacting the Designated Carrier specified in the shipment confirmation.
